Licensing
Sixtyfold Charts is source-available software from Different Planet - Unipessoal Lda. It is not OSI-approved open source.
Noncommercial use
The complete public source and published packages are available under the PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0. That licence is authoritative and permits qualifying noncommercial use, modification, and redistribution subject to its conditions.
Commercial use
Commercial use requires an active paid licence. Current plans cover the current Sixtyfold Charts packages:
- Solo — one named independent individual, with unlimited applications personally owned or controlled by that individual
- Company Founding — one named legal entity, with unlimited developers and applications; affiliates are not included
- OEM Launch — Company scope plus redistribution in one named OEM product
Every paid plan includes the current Sixtyfold Charts JavaScript packages, complete source, and updates released during the active term.
Prices and the final tax-inclusive total are shown by the pricing page and hosted checkout rather than duplicated here. Company and OEM plans do not automatically cover affiliates, customers, or other legal entities. Multiple OEM products, customer developer rights, builders, SDKs, low-code/no-code products, and white-label component products require a separate agreement. Perpetual OEM rights for one named product are also available by custom agreement.
Company's founding rate remains protected while the same entity continuously renews the same plan and scope. The OEM launch price is fixed for four years. After that, the OEM renewal price may change with at least 90 days' notice. Protected rates exclude applicable taxes. First-time Solo and Company purchases include a voluntary 30-day refund guarantee. The Commercial License Terms define the exact grant, restrictions, renewal, refund, price-protection, and post-expiry rights and control if this summary conflicts with them.
AI-assisted development
Using a coding assistant, agent, generator, translator, obfuscator, or refactoring tool does not expand a licence. Rewritten or generated output that reproduces, modifies, embeds, calls, or otherwise incorporates Sixtyfold Charts remains subject to the applicable terms to the extent provided by contract and law. Independently created software is not covered merely because it implements similar ideas or behaviour.
After a paid term ends, releases deployed during the valid term may continue to run and authorised OEM installations made during it may continue to operate. New development, updates, new or changed deployments, new OEM distributions, and support require active coverage.
