Privacy and Cookies

Different Planet - Unipessoal Lda. operates sixtyfold.dev (the Site) and offers the Sixtyfold Components product suite (the Product). This notice covers the Site, checkout, commercial licences, support, and related communications. Viewing the public documentation and demonstrations requires no account, name, or email.

Different Planet does not run advertising or audience analytics on the Site, sell personal data, track people across websites, or receive card details.

What we use and why

• Site visits. Cloudflare processes an IP address and limited request, browser, device, language, country, and security data to deliver and protect the Site. Different Planet relies on its legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable service.
• Checkout and licences. Different Planet uses the selected plan, licence details, legal and business contact information, accepted terms, required tax information, and Stripe transaction references to enter and perform the contract and meet tax and accounting duties.
• Messages. Contact details and message content are used to provide support, administer licences, and send necessary service or security notices. Optional product news is sent only where legally permitted.
• Site choices. The Site stores the cookie choice, language, selected theme, and temporary interface state needed to apply the visitor's settings.

Providers and retention

Different Planet uses Cloudflare for delivery, security, hosting, and the licence database; Stripe/Link for checkout, payments, tax, fraud prevention, subscriptions, and invoices; Zoho Mail EU for email; and professional advisers where necessary. Stripe processes payment details under its checkout notice; Different Planet does not receive card data.

Where a provider transfers information outside the EEA, Different Planet uses an applicable adequacy decision or safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Checkout rate-limit records last about 15 minutes and security logs, if enabled, no more than 7 days. Site choices last up to 180 days or until cleared. Licence and support records are kept for the relationship and applicable claims period; required accounting records are kept for 10 calendar years. A legal duty may require longer retention.

Cookies and changes

The Site's first-party cookies store only the cookie choice and language. Browser storage keeps the selected theme and temporary interface state. These values contain no name or advertising identifier and are not used for cross-site tracking. Cloudflare may use storage necessary to protect the Site, and Stripe/Link may use its own storage after checkout opens. The Clear cookies control below removes Site cookies and browser storage.

Different Planet may update this notice when its practices, providers, or the law changes. The revised notice will show a new update date, and material changes will receive a prominent notice or direct communication where appropriate. Updating this notice is not consent: optional analytics or another consent-based technology will not be enabled without a fresh assessment and prior consent where required.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability, or object to processing. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing and object to direct marketing at any time. Requests are normally free and answered within one month.
