Different Planet - Unipessoal Lda. operates sixtyfold.dev (the Site) and offers Sixtyfold Components (the Product). Viewing the Site, documentation, and demonstrations requires no account, name, or email. Different Planet does not run advertising or audience analytics, sell personal data, track people across websites, or receive card details.

Controller

Different Planet is responsible for the Site, software licensing, and messages sent to it. Contact privacy@sixtyfold.dev. The registered company details are in the Legal Notice.

Stripe/Link separately controls the payment, identity, tax, fraud, receipt, refund, dispute, and transaction-support processing it performs as merchant of record under the notice and terms shown in hosted Checkout.

What we use and why

• Site visits. Cloudflare processes an IP address and limited request, browser, language, country, and security data to deliver and protect the Site. The checkout endpoint stores only a daily-rotating keyed network identifier in a 15-minute rate-limit bucket. It cannot be used by the application to recover the address.
• Free commercial development. This grant has no card, account, registration, licence key, or time limit. The Site creates no development record merely because someone uses it.
• Hosted checkout. The Site sends the selected plan, public price, licence scope, purchased major version, and current terms/privacy references to Stripe-hosted Checkout. Stripe/Link collects the buyer and transaction data shown in its form. Different Planet does not copy hosted-Checkout customer, payment, refund, dispute, or licence records into a Sixtyfold database. Stripe's receipt is the buyer's purchase and licence evidence. Different Planet may access the Stripe transaction when necessary to provide licence support, answer a request, administer a refund, or establish a legal claim.
• Messages. Contact details and voluntary message content are used to answer support, legal, privacy, security, or sales enquiries. Optional product news is sent only where legally permitted.
• Site choices. The browser stores the cookie choice, language, selected theme, and temporary interface state needed to apply the visitor's settings.

Different Planet relies on contract steps and performance for requested licence transactions and support, legal duties for required records, and its legitimate interests in a secure Site and proportionate claims handling. It does not treat a purchase as marketing consent.

Providers and retention

Different Planet uses Cloudflare for delivery, security, hosting, the short-lived keyed checkout bucket, and non-personal market data; Stripe Managed Payments/Link for hosted checkout and transaction administration; and Zoho Mail EU for email. Professional advisers receive information only when necessary. Applicable adequacy decisions or safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses are used for transfers outside the EEA.

The keyed checkout bucket expires after about 15 minutes and expired rows are deleted opportunistically by the next checkout request. Application security logs, if enabled, last no more than 7 days. Site choices last up to 180 days or until cleared. Routine support correspondence normally lasts 24 months after closure; privacy/security cases normally last 3 years, subject to counsel review and a specific hold. Stripe/Link keeps transaction data under its own published policy and legal duties. Different Planet keeps only its separately necessary corporate payout, accounting, correspondence, or legal-claim records for the approved period; it does not justify retaining a local buyer profile by the mere existence of a perpetual licence.

Cookies and changes

The Site's first-party cookies store only the cookie choice and language. Browser storage keeps the selected theme and temporary interface state. These values contain no advertising identifier and are not used for cross-site tracking. Cloudflare may use storage necessary to protect the Site, and Stripe/Link may use its own storage after the buyer enters hosted Checkout. The Site's Clear cookies control removes Site cookies and browser storage.

Different Planet may update this notice when its practices, providers, or the law changes. A material change receives an appropriate notice. Optional analytics or another consent-based technology will not be enabled without a new assessment and prior consent where required.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability, or object to processing. You may object to direct marketing at any time. Requests are normally free and answered within one month. Contact privacy@sixtyfold.dev. For data controlled by Stripe/Link, use the privacy route shown in hosted Checkout or its receipt; Different Planet will still help identify the correct controller.

You may complain to the authority for your residence, workplace, or the alleged infringement. Different Planet's authority is Portugal's Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados.
