The separate Sixtyfold terms also make commercial development, CI, automated tests, private staging, review builds, UAT, and non-operational proofs of concept free, with no card, account, registration, licence key, or time limit.

Buy before Sixtyfold is used in a live application or workflow that operates a business function or serves real users. Enterprise & OEM also covers commercial redistribution, customer-controlled or on-premises delivery, SDK or builder use, and white-label products. Qualifying noncommercial redistribution remains governed by PolyForm.

One natural person acting directly as a sole trader or freelancer, for products they personally own and operate. A limited company needs Company even when it has one owner or employee; the same applies when a client or employer owns or operates the product.

One named legal entity with up to 50 employees when it buys. Developers and applications are unlimited within that entity. Later growth never revokes rights to the major version already bought, but a future major-version purchase or expanded scope requires Enterprise while the organisation is over the limit.

Buy Enterprise & OEM for organisations over 50 employees or for commercial redistribution, customer-controlled or on-premises deployments, SDKs, builders, and white-label products. The direct licence covers up to 10 redistributed products; larger portfolios or custom terms go through sales. A hosted SaaS application is Company or Enterprise use—not OEM—when customers cannot access Sixtyfold separately.

Different Planet offers a full refund on each eligible direct purchase of a new major version when requested within 30 days. Send refund requests to sales@sixtyfold.dev. Custom orders, duplicate or replacement purchases, and a version previously refunded to the same buyer are excluded. Separate checkout terms and mandatory rights remain unaffected.
