The PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0 controls the free licence. If a person or entity uses Sixtyfold for commercial advantage or monetary compensation, choose a paid plan or ask us about the intended use.
Company and OEM cover employees and contractors working solely for the named legal entity. Affiliates, customers, and other legal entities are not included unless a signed order says otherwise.
Applications deployed during the paid term, and authorised OEM installations distributed during it, may continue operating. New development, updates, new or changed deployments, new OEM distributions, and support require active coverage.
The Company founding rate stays fixed while the same entity continuously renews the same plan and scope. The OEM launch rate is fixed for the first four annual terms; a later renewal-price change requires at least 90 days' notice.
Displayed prices are net of VAT. Checkout calculates the final total from the buyer's location and validated tax details before payment.
USD is the catalogue currency. Eligible Stripe Checkout sessions display and charge the equivalent amount in the buyer's local currency. If local pricing is unavailable, Checkout charges USD and the buyer's card provider or bank handles the conversion.
